Founded in 2002 as a single technology services business, Hamdan Holdings has evolved into a closely held investment and operating group with eight subsidiaries across five sectors.

Our Story

From a single technology firm to a diversified group.

The group's first venture, SOFTNET Technologies, opened in 2002 in the Gulf, providing enterprise software and digital transformation services to corporates and the public sector. Successive expansions followed: Pakistan in 2006, Canada in 2007, Malaysia in 2008, Philippines in 2012, and Singapore in 2014.

From 2019, the group diversified beyond technology into property and construction, healthcare and digital health, corporate services, and travel, building an integrated portfolio of operating businesses around a shared discipline of governance and a technology-first operating model.

Today the group is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and operates across ASEAN, the GCC and South Asia.
